During my Middle School years I once registered the domain name “ArcticDude.com” with GoDaddy. I used it to publish lists and rants and stopped using the domain before High School. Thank goodness that some dude named Mark Reynolds decided to pick up the domain and use it to redirect to his own personal website, because I don’t know if I could handle having a digital record of my thirteen-year-old David Foster Wallace impressions.
Still though, I bring this up because I’ve never been able to dedicate myself to a Blog. I have a few Blogspot sites, I’ve tried Tumblr many times, and gosh… I think I have a Weebly stashed away somewhere. I have a good feeling about this one though. For the first time since Middle School I actually have a real domain name. It’s nice and clean too. Besides writing blog entries and reviews, this seems a good place to show off my creative portfolio. Essays, art pieces, music. It’s my place for everything.
